There is a great joy in coaching 6th to 12th graders and watching/helping them gain skills on their bicycle. See that "aha" moments, encouraging them through tough times, watching them improve, and watching them build relationships along the way all bring a joy that worth experiencing. Even if you are a beginning level rider yourself, you can still help others as you improve your own skills. More Than Just Teaching
This is a great opportunity to invest in the lives of others. As a coach/mentor you can model the behavior of the values being taught. Your investment in their lives will not go unnoticed. As you help them improve and learn new skills, you set the example of how to do things the right way.

There are 3 levels of team coaches and the requirements to get started (level 1) can be done in a couple of hours.
